All dishes are exclusively created with great care and love in our open kitchen, using fresh and regional ingredients including a high percentage of organically produced ingredients.

We work closely with regional organic farms.  In 2005 we were proud to have been named the first organically certified restaurant in Oldenburg. 

Alongside our à-la-carte menu we offer individual catering services as well as buffets and menus with regional, Mediterranean and international influences.

Our extensive wine list recommends more than 40 different organic wines from all the renowned producing regions in Europe.

Organic production guarantees an optimum mixture of taste and quality.

Tafelfreuden is the founder member of the SLOW FOOD-Convivium Oldenburg.
